location: new york
time: 5:29 pm
just taking a quiet moment before heading back out to grab a bite and then see a show. i must admit that i love new york. every time i visit, i end up thinking "why don't i live here again?". i just adore it.
yesterday, was a lovely food and art day at the moma. not only did we run around having a great time taking photos around one of my favorite museums....

we also had a wonderful time having a leisurely lunch at the 5th floor terrace cafe
which consisted of yummy things like a lobster and shrimp salad ....
with a side of arugula....
and fresh berries with balsamic glaze and cream....
but my absolute favorite taste from the moma terrace cafe was the dark hot chocolate with the homemade marshmallows...
oh my goodness...this is what hot chocolate should taste like....thick, bitter sweet, and absolutely decadent....especially when the marshmallows begin to melt....i even used the hot chocolate as a fondue for the berries.....that was lovely as well.....

hmmmm. i have a feeling that this may become a foodie hunter tradition....dark hot chocolate at the moma....such a decadent experience.

I want dessert. That looks divine.
Those marshmallows look amazing. No need for a meal, this could be it!
